Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund during the first hour they are made. After one hour, cancellations and reimbursements are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the reservation fee paid. Cancelled reservations are subject to a further penalty equal to one night of the camping fee if cancelled after 5 PM (local time) the day before the scheduled reservation. Long-Term Refunds: Refunds are submitted by a manager for personal emergencies only. The minimum forfeiture is one week of camping plus the addition of any tax owed, plus any discount given (if applicable).
