• Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund during the first hour they are made. After one hour, cancellations and reimbursements are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the reservation fee paid. • Cancelled reservations are subject to a further penalty equal to one night of the camping fee if cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time of 3 p.m.
