Cancellation Policy

Campground reservations can be cancelled for a full refund during the first hour they are made. After one hour, cancellations and reimbursements are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the reservation fee paid. Cancelled reservations are subject to a further penalty equal to one night of the camping fee if cancelled after 5 PM (local time) the day before the scheduled reservation. Pavilion reservations are provided a full refund if cancelled 30 days in advance of scheduled reservation. If less than 30 days, but prior to 7 days before the scheduled reservation, a reschedule can be booked (within 1 year) without a charge. If cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled reservation, no refund will be provided.
